What Does The Form Look Like
Instructions For Filling In The Form
- Gate Name: (Normally filled in). This is your gate of entry.
- Date: The date you are entering the park.
- Reservation No.: If you are staying in KNP or made an advanced reservation, add this reference here.
- If you are a day visitor without an advanced reservation, leave this empty.
- Check one of the following boxes based on your plans:
- Overnight Visitor: You have a reservation for one or more nights within KNP.
- Day Visitor: You don’t have a reservation for one or more nights within KNP and will leave no later than when the gates close.
- Visitor Crossing the Border: Only relevant for visitors traveling to and from Mozambique through the Giriyondo or Pafuri Border posts.
- Total Guests By Country of Residence: Fill in the appropriate boxes based on the guests for whom you are completing the form.
- If you have a Wild Card, add your Wild Card number in the Wild Card column.
- For example: If you are registering 2 adults and 3 children who are not from South Africa or the SADC and do not have a Wild Card, fill in only the boxes for International guests.
- Vehicle Registration: This refers to your vehicle’s license plate number.
- Trailer Registration: If you have a trailer, list it’s license plate number here. If you don’t have one, leave this field blank.
- Vehicle Type: Check the applicable field. For most visitors this would be “Motor Vehicle”.
- Firearms Y/N: You must declare any firearms.
- Total Number of Firearms Present in the Vehicle: If you responded “Y” to the previous question, you must declare how many are
- Driver Mobile Number: Add your phone number.
- Alternate Mobile Number: If you have a second phone in your vehicle, add it’s number. Otherwise leave blank.
Listing Passengers
- No. 1. First Name: List the first name of the driver or the person taking care of check-in.
- No. 1. Surname: List the last name of the driver or the person taking care of check-in.
- No. 1. Province / Nationality:
- For South Africans: Add the province you live in.
- For International Visitors: Add your nationality.
- No. 1. Id Number / Passport Number:
- For South Africans: Add your ID number
- For International Visitors: Add your passport number.
- Signature: Add your signature to this box.
- Now you have space for a maximum of 19 passengers travelling with you.
- For children ages 2-11:
- There is no need to fill in their Passport/ID Number.
- One of their parents or guardians can sign on their behalf.
- Children over 12 pay the adult rate.
